DFH Post-Merger Update

As noted at the time, the March 1, 2011 merger that created Dominick Feld Hyde, P.C. resulted in a firm with a depth and breadth of experience in health care law, business transactions, estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate litigation, tax law, and family law that is equal to or greater than most large law firms in Alabama.

As expected, the merger has enabled us to expand existing practice areas and develop new ones, allowing us to better serve our clients.

We are temporarily operating out of two offices, with most of our estate planning and probate attorneys located in our office building located at SouthBridge, and our domestic, healthcare, tax, real estate and business law attorneys located in our office building located on Highland Avenue. Of course, our goal is to all be in one building in the near future, and we are presently exploring our options.
