For over twenty years, Virginia has represented lenders in commercial real estate loan transactions relating to property located in the southeast and all other areas of the United States. Her practice has also included the drafting and negotiation of office space leases, commercial construction financing and the securitization of commercial real estate loans.

Virginia graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama in 1983, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1986, and served on the Alabama Law Review. She was also a member of the Order of the Coif and selected as a Hugo Black Scholar.
